I'm Don Knoche, your State Farm agent in Arcadia. I opened this agency on August 1,1990. It has been my pleasure to handle the insurance needs for so many Arcadians. I am married to my wife Sheila and have two children , Katherine and Donnie, We are blessed to have 6 grandchildren. I was born in Peoria, Illinois and raised on a dairy farm in Nauvoo, Illnois. I was active in the local FFA & 4-H clubs in Nauvoo and Hancock County. In 1968, I graduated from Nauvoo-Colusa High School and graduated from Northeast Missouri State College ( now Truman State University) in 1972. Upon graduation, I entered the army and served 2 years with tours in Korea and Ft Riley, Kansas. Upon completion of active duty I relocated to Arcadia & worked with Desoto County Schools for 17 Years. I'm a member of First Presbyterian Church and a member of the Desoto County Chamber of Commerce and past member of the Arcadia and Zoning Board and DMH Hospital Board.

It's been my honor to be involved with Desoto County youth sports programs as a coach and sponsor. I have recognized the athletes at Desoto High who have earned the sportsmanship awards each season. We can be very proud of our youth, as they represent our community well as they compete in the surrounding communities.

It is a pleasure to work for State Farm, meeting the needs of those we insure. I am very proud of our team. They are very happy and willing to assist you!

Desoto County is a special place and I am proud to call it home!

I was born in Texas and grew up in the small but wonderful town called Arcadia. I started practicing my insurance in 2011. I am licensed in Auto, Home and Life. I assist our customers with their policy needs, billing questions and claims. On my free time I enjoy going to the gym, bike riding with my boyfriend, going to the park with two pups, and spending time with my family.

Banesa:

Hi, my name is Banesa born in the State of Michigan and raised in Arcadia, FL. I joined team Don Knoche in 2020. I am licensed to assist you in auto, renters, and homeowners' insurance. I also help with billing questions and with State Farm payment plan reminders & I assist customers with claims. Fun fact about myself I'm a mom of four beautiful children & I also have an amazing husband. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family.

Audrey:

I was born and raised here in Arcadia. I have been associated with State Farm since 2005. I work mainly with other employees/friends in my office proofing applications, changes, & following up to be sure all of them are completed as we requested. I have been married to my awesome husband Paul for 51 years. He still makes me laugh! We have two special dogs ... Mishka and her Buddy. At home I love to read and work on puzzles and especially love to trim trees. Life is VERY good!

Randi:

Hello, I'm Randi! I was born and raised in Florida. I joined Don Knoche State Farm team in 2018 as a receptionist, a few months later got licensed as an insurance representative. I love what I do, and love meeting and talking to so many different people every single day. I am blessed with two beautiful boys and spending with friends and family.

Cassie:

Hi, I'm Cassie and I have worked for Don Knoche State Farm since hurricane Charlie in 2004. I am licensed to help you with all your insurance needs, be it life, auto or homeowner's insurance.

I enjoy watching my grandchildren play soft ball and baseball and riding a good horse whenever I get a chance.

Madison:

Hi, I’m Madison and I have been working here at State Farm as a receptionist for a little over a year now. I assist customers primarily with billing, payment reminders, and updating records. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going to the beach.
